I spent yesterday in Denver. Whistler’s horrible, so Spencer and I headed back to Colorado to shred a bit more. I’m really loving riding park right now, which is something I never thought I would do again. I thought those days were over, but the set up here is so good, it’s ignited something inside me. Hopefully when I get home you can actually ski off the runs and I’ll have some shots of snowmobiling and backcountry missions to post. Until then, here’s a couple from our day in Denver.
i pretended to be part of the Buffalo herd.
Spence was laughing.

Some people love Star Wars. I also think it’s a great film. The scene where Luke meets Yoda in Dagobah is one of my favorites of all time. Obviously some people are into this a bit more than I am, Yoda bags are tight. That way you can pretend that you’re Luke when he trained with Yoda all the time. Maybe i’d be better at skiing if I rode with one of these bags…
“A Jedi’s strength flows from the Force. But beware of the dark side. Anger… fear… aggression. The dark side of the Force are they. Easily they flow, quick to join you in a fight. If once you start down the dark path, forever will it dominate your destiny, consume you it will, as it did Obi-Wan’s apprentice.”

Last night I got home. A 26 hour drive later, and it’s time to celebrate Christmas. Kinda funny because I’m not even really in Christmas mode. Keystone is amazing. That place almost makes me want to ride park all year… almost…
Here’s some quick shots from our trip home.
Wal-Mart’s done. Bi-Mart’s the new shit.
I like how…
…these two truly go together.

Part of the reason I’m in Colorado is to watch my girl Spencer compete in the Dew Tour. We’ve been shredding for the last week and a half getting ready for this event. Yesterday she won which is amazing, it’s so rad that she killed it this weekend.
The jump set up was super sick… one of the only times I wished I was competing so I could hit the jumps
