Green Screen

Spent today shooting and wiriting a script. Check out the green screen set up I got to work with! Fun. I’ll post the full video in a couple days once it’s done…
I’m in a Media Development program at my uni so it’s kinda interesting. At least they let me do whatever I want. This was the set where I shot my creation. Look at all the color variation in the Green screen. Editing is gonna be so fun.
My friend Leah helped me by shooting the project for me (i was doing Nicholas Cage impressions as an actor, seriously though, who likes N. Cage? Thats retarded.)
This was our dolly, which thought it could… Not the most cooperative piece of equipment tonight.

I went to a show last night and saw Handsome Furs, but a band called listening party opened for them. They’re from Vancouver Island and they’re really great, funny and bizarre. I put them in this playlist…

I’ve been doing a bunch on hiking lately, I’m pretty stoked on it… I think it’s kinda fun. We hiked up a local ski hill call Grouse Mountain.
Trees.
The hike is all steps, real straight up.
There’s a ski hill at the top, the view and the last gondola tower.
Apparently it was tourist day at the top of the hill. So many!
